| AREA OF CONSULTANCY |
1. Rajoo & Padmaja Pradhan have been offering comprehensive consultancy in Landscape Architecture. Different uses demand different architecture and different architecture demands different outdoor spaces. All such outdoor spaces address various issues like function, aesthetics, ecology and philosophy. All these issues play more or less important roles for varied projects. The firm is offering consultancy to many projects like residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and hospitality.
2. Considering client’s requirements for the particular project, preliminary landscape scheme is prepared for the discussion. The scheme generally shows the layout in which various functions proposed are earmarked. On seeking client’s approval, detailed drawings for the entire project are prepared and submitted for execution. The site under progress is inspected periodically by the consultant and progress of the work is reviewed till the project is complete.
3. There are many areas covered in the proposal such as planning of pedestrian and vehicular movement, fountains, waterfalls, sculptures, seats, benches, gazebos, pergolas, waterbodies, swimming pools, garden lighting and garden drainage, etc. The consultancy is further extended in working out detailed planting scheme and specification for horticultural contract. All the necessary help is extended to the clients in appointing a contractor for either hard or soft landscaping or both. |
