Floral Deck is a complex of small and medium size offices. The entire complex was designed on the plot that was required to be used for parking by the municipal corporation. As a result, the entire plot was developed for parking under the podium. At podium level there are stilts for parking for the commercial complex. The balance open part of the podium leaving aside area under circulation was elevated in view to derive light and ventilation for the municipal corporation parking under the podium. |

The task was to develop a garden on this elevated portion of approximately 115ft x 38ft. This garden had no purpose to serve other than that of aesthetics. The garden was to be enjoyed more from the general eye level from podium itself. |
