| Large car park connected to residential buildings was covered with a podium of about 50,000 sq.ft. The podium was built with criss-crossing inverted beams & the layout was developed in irregular and flowing lines. This called for special attention to the storm water drainage at surface and subsoil levels. The podium was designed to offer an ambience of ‘Garden on ground’ and offered the residents the facilities like walking tracks, swimming pools, children’s play areas and passive sitting areas. |
