Rajoo Pradhan received his Diploma in Architecture from Technical Board of Maharashtra through the Academy of Architecture in the year 1976. He obtained his Masters in Urban & Rural Planning from the University of Roorkee (Now IIT Roorkee) in year 1978. Later while working for Government & Private firms in the field of urban planning and urban landscaping he also obtained his PG Diploma in Operations Research for Management from University of Mumbai.

Padmaja Pradhan obtained her Bachelor degree in Architecture from University of Mumbai in 1985. She studied architecture in  Sir J. J. College of Architecture, Mumbai. Rajoo & Padmaja Pradhan established their practice in Landscape Architecture in year 1986 and offered consultancy in Landscape Architecture for a variety of small and large projects since then. They have carried out projects from small terraces to large industrial landscapes and from bungalows to the University campus.

Mr. Rajoo Pradhan has been on visiting faculty of Academy of Architecture & Kamala Raheja Vidyanidhi for some time. Padmaja Pradhan was on the visiting faculty on S.N.D.T., Juhu, Mumbai & Sir J. J. College of Architecture, Mumbai.
